What is PriveCall?

PriveCall calls allow the user to initiate a video conference call, even when the performer is not online.

How does it work?

Using a computer or mobile phone, you can make a video conference call with performers that are not available online on the website. The moment the performer responds, you will be automatically connected through a real-time video call and pay per minute of use. Performers can only answer a PriveCall call via mobile phone.

Can I call any performer at anytime?

Performers can disable the reception of PriveCalls at any time and without prior notice. Performers may also be unavailable at certain times of the day.

If a performer is already on a PriveCall call with another user and you try to call that same performer, the call will not be connected. It will be necessary for the call that is in progress with the other user to end before you will be able to call the performer using the PriveCall feature.

If the performer is unavailable at any given time, for whatever reason, you can use Direct Messages to attempt to schedule a time when the performer will be available for a PriveCall.

Important: Performers that are online in any type of chat or set to away on the website cannot receive calls.

What is the average time for the connection to be established?

After making a PriveCall, the system will connect the performer to the video conference. This process normally takes about 30 seconds, but in some cases, this time can be extended up to 2 minutes. This will depend on external factors such as, the 4G or WiFi signal quality of the different networks used by the participants. It is important to note that while the call is being connected, you should not end the call at any time.

The maximum waiting time is 2 minutes. If the performer does not answer the call within 2 minutes, that call will be automatically canceled.

My camera does not turn on or I cannot connect:

PriveCall is only available on the following systems:

1. Android phones or tablets with Google Chrome browser
2. iOS phones or tablets with Safari browser
3. Computers, using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser

We do not recommend the use of mobile phones with other systems or web browsers.

*Important: PriveCall does not work with the Google Chrome browser when used from iOS (Apple) devices. In these cases, you are required to use the Safari web browser.

If you are using a compatible device and browser and are still experiencing issues connecting or turning on your camera, please follow these steps:

1. Check the stability of your network. If you are using a mobile data network, try to access a space with a 4G availability. If the problem still persists, try accessing through a WiFi network. But if you are already using a WiFi network and you have connection problems, try that connection through a 4G network. Finally, make sure the signal bar (either 4G network or WiFi network) is full.

2. Close all applications, including the web browser and all tabs. Wait 30 seconds, open the browser and log in to your account again.

3. Check your browser settings and confirm that access to both the camera and microphone are enabled. Some browsers have advanced settings to verify these permissions.
