I have confirmed my location, but I still am unable to access the website
Users who access the website through a browser that has a VPN installed may have issues when confirming their access location.
These browsers use proxies that change the access IP of the user, and can disrupt the process of confirming their location.
To resolve this issue, we'll send an email to the user with a new location activation link. Just copy and paste this link into the browser you wish to use to access the website.
After you have pasted the link into your browser, the user is redirected to a secure page were they will be required to answer a security question. This question is one way to ensure that the account is not accessed by unauthorized persons. If the user does not remember the answer to the security question being ask, they can change the question by clicking the link above the Send button.
Security questions are generated from the data that the user provided when making credit purchases on the website. If the user has used a different credit card or other data, simply enter one of those that our system can validate.
