What is PriveCall?

PriveCalls allow you to start a video call when a performer is not online.

How Does It Work?

Using a computer or smartphone, you are able to make video calls to performers who are not online on the site. As soon as the performer answers, you will be automatically connected in real time and will be charged per minute. Performers will only be able to answer a PriveCall via smartphone.

Can I Call Any Performer Anytime?

Performers can disable PriveCalls at any time without prior notice. Performers may also be unavailable at certain times of the day.

If a performer is already on a PriveCall with another user, you will not be able to complete the call to that performer. You will need to wait for the current call to end to make a new PriveCall to the performer.

If the performer is not available at the moment, for whatever reason, you can use direct messages to arrange a time to hop on a call together.

Important: Performers who are online in any type of chat or who are away from the site will not be able to receive calls.

What Is the Average Time It Takes to Establish a Connection for a Call?

After the performer answers a PriveCall, the system will connect you to the call. This process takes around 30 seconds, but in some cases, this can take up to 2 minutes. External factors, such as the quality of the 4G or Wi-Fi signal used by the participants, influence the speed at which the connection is established. Do not terminate the call while the room is loading.

The maximum wait time is 2 minutes. If the performer does not answer the call in 2 minutes, it will automatically end.

My Camera Won't Open, or I Can't Get Connected:

PriveCall is only available on the following systems:

1. Android phones or tablets, using the Google Chrome browser
2. IOS phones or tablets, using the Safari browser
3. Computers, using the Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers

We do not recommend using smartphones with other systems or browsers.

Important: PriveCall does not work in the Google Chrome browser when using iOS (Apple) devices. You must use the Safari browser in these cases.

If you're using a recommended device and browser and still have trouble connecting or opening your camera, follow the instructions below:

1. Check your network stability. If you're on a mobile data network, try to connect from a location where 4G is available. If the problem persists, try connecting via a Wi-Fi network. Now, if you are already on a Wi-Fi network and have connection problems, try switching to 4G. Finally, make sure that the signal bars are full (whether you're using 4G or Wi-Fi).
2. Close all applications, including the browser and all your internet tabs. Wait 30 seconds, open the browser, and reconnect to your account.
3. Go into your browser settings and make sure that you've allowed access to the camera and microphone. For some browsers, you'll have to verify access in the advanced settings.
