What is PriveCall?
PriveCalls allow you to start a video call when a performer is not online. You can make the call through your desktop or smartphone by clicking on Video Call on the performer's profile. They will answer the call only on their smartphone. You will only be charged by the minute if the performer answers the call and after the time it takes to establish a connection, which may take 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If they do not answer within 2 minutes, the call will automatically end. If the performer is on another PriveCall, the call cannot be completed.
Not all performers enable the feature to receive PriveCalls. Performers who have enabled these calls can also choose to limit the period to receive them or disable them at any time. Keep an eye on the Video Call button, which will have no color if calls are disabled or will be crossed out when calls are paused, meaning they're enabled only during a limited time frame.
If you want to make a PriveCall to a performer who can't receive the call at the moment, send them a Direct Message to arrange the best time by clicking on the Send a Message button or through My Prive.
