I can't make a call to a performer. What is the problem?

There can be several reasons that may prevent you from making a PriveCall to Camera Prive performers. Learn the possible causes below:


- PriveCall Status


To call a performer, they must be offline and have PriveCall Active. You can determine the status of PriveCall by the icon displayed. Below, you can learn the meaning of each icon.



You can only call a performer when their PriveCall status is Active. If the performer has their PriveCall status set to Do Not Disturb, take the opportunity to send a Direct Message and let them know that you would like to schedule a call.


- Incompatible Browser


PriveCall is compatible with Chrome web browser on Android phones and Safari web browser on IOs phones. Therefore, if you are using an iPhone , access Camera Prive with the Safari web browser. If you are using any other mobile phone brand, access Camera Prive with the Chrome web browser.


If you are using PriveCall on your computer, access Camera Prive with Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers.


- You have exceeded the number of attempts


If you call the same performer multiple times, the system will automatically block your attempts to call that performer. We recommend that you try your attempt again after 30 minutes.


If you call different performers quickly in a row, the system may temporarily block PriveCall from your account. You will be disabled from making calls to all performers. We recommend that you try your attempt again after 45 minutes.


- Connection problems


Check the stability of your network. If you are using a mobile network, try accessing from an area with 4G coverage. If the problem persists, try accessing through a WiFi network. If you are using a WiFi network, try accessing through a mobile / 4G network. Finally, confirm that the signal strength regardless of the type of network you are using is strong.
