Why doesn't anyone answer me?
The main reason for the lack of response is the low user waiting time. You have to understand that PriveCall is not like an ordinary call. When receiving a call, the performer must access the website with their mobile phone, log in to their account and click to accept the call. They can only answer the call by completing these steps and it may take a few minutes.
The maximum waiting time is only 2 minutes. We suggest that you be patient and wait for this amount of time, while the performer goes through the necessary steps to answer your call. If the performer does not answer, you will not be charged and the call will be closed automatically. You are only charged for PriveCall after the performer has answered and the call has started.
If you are waiting the 2 minutes and still performers are not responding. We recommend that you send them a Direct Message and coordinate a scheduled call in advance and better guarantee that call will be answered.
