Why Don't Performers Answer My PriveCalls?

The main reason for unanswered PriveCalls is users' low tolerance for waiting. PriveCall is not like an ordinary phone call. When they get a call, the performer needs to access the site from their smartphone, log into their account, and accept the call. This is the only way they can answer, and it may take a few minutes.


The maximum wait time is only 2 minutes. We suggest that you wait this amount of time so that the performer can complete the necessary process to answer your call. Rest assured, in case the performer does not answer, you will not be charged, and the call will end automatically. PriveCall is only charged once the performer answers and their image appears on your phone screen.


If you always wait the full 2 minutes and the performers still don't answer, we recommend sending them Direct Messages to make arrangements for a call and guarantee an answer.
