Using the Chat with your Mobile Phone

For a better experience on Camera Prive using your mobile phone, be sure to use the following recommended web browsers:
- If your phone is an Android device, use the latest version of the Google Chrome web browser.
- If your phone is an Apple device, use the latest version of the Safari web browser.

When opening a chat room on your mobile phone, the performer's stream will be at the top of the screen and the chat box just below it. You can rotate your mobile phone horizontally to increase the performer's stream size. This will hide the chat tools. To interact with the performer again and view the tools, just tap the screen and they will appear.

Keep in mind that in order to chat with a performer, you must be registered on the platform and have at least 2 credits available in your account balance.

Through the chat tools, you can access all types of paid chats, open video conferences, increase and decrease the size of the text used in the chat, change the color of the chat room, increase and decrease the volume of the performer's audio, give gifts and access mini profiles.

Portrait mode

When choosing to watch a show in portrait mode by mobile phone, the performer's stream will be resized to the vertical format (same format used with stories). The stream will fill the entire screen of your phone and hide the chat tools. To interact with the performer again and view the tools, just tap the screen and they will appear.

To activate portrait mode, just click on the "maximize" button in the lower right corner of the performer's stream. It is normal that when activating portrait mode, the stream of the performer will appear closer than normal, like a zoom effect. This is because performers transmit in a standard horizontal webcam format, which is not 100% compatible with the portrait format. To ensure that you don't miss any aspects of the live show while in this mode, you can move the live stream left and right by clicking the directional arrows that appear on the sides of the performer's stream.

Mini Profile

The mini profile is a quick was to access basic information of the performer, such as the description of their actions in the different paid chat modes, their average show ratings and a preview of their photo gallery. To access the Mini Profile, just click on the icon represented by the letter "i" in the lower right corner of the screen.

All forms of interaction in live chat shows are the same regardless of whether you are using a mobile phone or a computer to participate.
