What Do I Do If My User Status Has Not Been Updated?

If you have already accumulated the number of PrivePoints required to raise your User Status, don't fret, it may take up to 1 hour to update.

Make sure you have accumulated the required number of PrivePoints to change your Status:

Silver Status - 1PP to 299PP
Gold Status - 300PP to 2,999 PP
Platinum Status - 3,000 PP to 9,999 PP
Unique Status - 10,000 PP to 29,999 PP
Prive Status - Over 30,000 PP

If your Status is not updated within 1 hour, please contact our Support Channels.
