What Should I Do If My User Status Isn’t Updated?

After reaching the required number of PrivePoints (PP) to level up your User Status, it may take up to 1 hour to update. If your Status hasn’t been updated within this timeframe, please contact our Support Channels.

Check out the number of PrivePoints (PP) required to reach each Status level:

-Silver: 0 PP - 499 PP
-Gold: 500 PP - 3,999 PP
-Platinum: 4,000 PP - 14,999 PP
-Unique: 15,000 PP - 24,999 PP
-Royal: 25,000 PP - 49,999 PP
Prive: 50,000 PP - 99,999 PP
-Prive Plus: 100,000 PP - 199,999 PP
-Prive Elite: 200,000 PP - 499,999 PP
-Prive Diamond: 500,000+ PP
