Why has my status level not updated yet?

If you have reached the number of PrivePoints needed to raise your Status level. Rest assured, your Status level will be upated but this process could take up to 60 minutes to complete.

Confirm that you have reached the required number PrivePoints to raise your Status level:

Silver Status - From 0PP to 299PP
Gold Status - From 300PP to 2,999PP
Platinum Status - From 3,000PP to 9,999PP
Unique Status - From 10,000PP to 29,999PP
Prive Status - Above 30,000PP

If it has been more than 60 minutes and your Status level has not updated, please contact us via one of our Service Channels.
