Why can I not open my webcam?

To activate your webcam while chatting with a performer, simply follow the steps below:

- Install the Adobe Flash Player plugin on your computer https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- After installation, enter a Private or Exclusive Chat
- Look for the webcam icon next to the minute counter on the right side of your chat screen
- Click the webcam icon, and in the window that opens, click Allow

If you see a blue message at the top of the chat screen or do not find the webcam icon, your browser may have Adobe Flash Player disabled by default. Please follow the steps below to enable it:

- Right-click on the padlock that appears in you web browser's address bar
- Go to Flash options
- Select the second option, "Always allow for this website" or "Always allow on this website"
- Refresh the page
