How do I cancel a FanClub subscription?

Canceling a FanClub subscription is very easy. Access your account at CameraPrive.com and click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS option in the top navigation menu of the website. In this area, you will find all the FanClub subscriptions you have ever purchased. Locate the performer of the FanClub subscription that you would like to cancel and click on the "Cancel" option in the Automatic Renewal column.

After clicking "Cancel", a Pop-up will open asking you to confirm the cancelation. In this pop-up, you can also see how long your remaining access period to the FanClub will last after the cancelation. Upon clicking "Yes" and confirming the cancelation, a green message will appear at the top of the page to confirm cancelation of the subscription and to notify you once again of your remaining access period to the performer’s FanClub.

You can also cancel your FanClub subscription through by following the navigation path: My Prive > FanClub > Find the 3 dots next to the FanClub subscription you want to cancel > Cancel Subscription. A confirmation pop-up will then appear and all you need to do is click "OK", to confirm your cancelation.

The status in the Automatic Renewal column will be changed to "No". Rest assured, there will be no more charges for this subscription made to your Credit Card.
