How to block or unblock a performer

Camera Prive is a platform that promotes the interaction between people. Each one is responsible for their interactions on the website and as long as the website rules and policies are being followed by both parties, we do not mediate issues between performers and users. We try to respect the privacy of all our users, so interactions are managed by users and performers themselves. To expand the freedom of interaction within the platform, we have a Performer Blocking feature available.


When you block a performer, you will no longer see their profile listed on the website's homepage, you will be unfollow their profile, no longer receive messages or notifications from or about the performer. If you have an active subscription to the performer's Fanclub, the auto-renewal will be canceled immediately. Access to Premium and Special content of the blocked performer is suspended while the block is active. Basically, everything related to the performer that you block will disappear from the website for you. To add a block, follow the steps below:


1 - Access the My Account menu ;
2 - Click on Performer Blocking;
3 - Click on the option, To add a new block click here;
4 - Enter the nickname of the performer that you want to block;
5 - Click Add;
6 - Confirm the blocking by clicking Yes;
7 - Block added successfully!


It is also possible to block a performer directly in your Messages area. To do this, follow the steps below:


1 - Access the My Prive menu;
2 - Click on Messages;
3 - Click the 3 dots button next to the performer nickname that you want to block;
4 - Click Block Performer;
5 - Confirm the blocking by clicking Yes;
6 - Block added successfully! The conversation related to the blocked performer will instantly disappear.


Blocks can be removed at any time. By unblocking a performer, if you have existing Premium Access or Special Videos purchased from the performer, they will automatically resume. A Fanclub subscription, however, will need to be subscribed to again. To remove a block, follow the steps below:


1 - Access the My Account menu;
2 - Click on Performer Blocking;
3 - Click the Remove button next to the performer nickname that you want to unblock;
4 - Block successfully removed!
