There is Law 14.132/21 that criminalizes persecution, including on the internet. Previously, the practice was classified as a disturbance of tranquility and had a mild punishment; today the law frames the act as a crime and raises the penalty. Stalking is repeated stalking, including virtual, and will be punished with greater penalties if it is practiced against women. The crime of stalking is defined as repeated persecution, by any means, such as the internet (cyberstalking), which threatens the physical and psychological integrity of someone, interfering with the victim's freedom and privacy. The penalty foreseen is from six months to two years of imprisonment (prison that can be served in a closed regime) and fine. The penalty will be increased by 50% if the crime is committed against women for reasons of female status.

I'll make it clear to everyone, I DON'T SHOW. Anyone who chats with me knows very well that I don't. That my dynamic is to connect, relax, talk, please and have reciprocity. Another point: it's not because I chatted with you, it means there will be a second. If I didn't like the approach, there won't be a second chance. It's impossible to know this, as 90% of situations I have extremely polite and elegant behavior, even when there is some discomfort, so only when you come back to my room and see how I'll receive you, you'll know you'll be welcome again. So be kind if you want to become a habitue. ♥ I thank everyone who has affection and recognition. And for those who are coming, I make this clear.
