I'm going to start a 21-day challenge and I wanted to share it with you. However, I don't have a cell phone and I refused to pay 860 to fix it. At some point, when I save up X amount, I'll buy a new one. Anyway, I'm sharing here to encourage you. Shall we? I may not share it every day, but I'll find a way to post something or two. For those who don't do physical activity, challenge yourself, even if it's just walking for these 21 days. For those who already exercise, challenge yourself to surpass yourself. In my case, it's related to food. No sugar, no fried food, no alcohol (I don't drink anymore, so it's okay). Your mental and emotional health will thank us!!! Let's go together 💕
