You know those people who eat a lot of everything and don't gain weight? I am part of this select group: the ECTOMORPHS or skinny bad ones, to be honest 🤡❤️😅. Exactly 1 year ago I started training with personal support and following a diet prescribed by a nutritionist. I went from 53 kg to 60 kg in one year with great difficulty because my genetics blessed me with being very easy to burn fat but slow to gain lean mass. As if that weren't enough, my emotional state greatly affects my physical self; If I get angry, my cortisol (stress hormone) rises and I lose weight. The good thing about this discovery is that I learned how to manage problems. Is it worth the stress? Is cortisol worth it? No? I look and pass 👍🏻. We have to choose our battles, right? 🤷🏻♀️. One of the many lessons of this process was that I paid my tongue: the people at the gym are not futile and they don't just talk about whey, branded sneakers and super low-cut tank tops. There are a lot of people training for mental and emotional self-control. There are people rising up in many ways. It's about self-esteem, it's about lifting weight so you don't lay hands on a colleague who irritates you! And it's about taking a selfie and writing that it's paid for 😂🤡😂👍🏻 Give me another 3 months and I'll reach my final goal. I've already left my place as a hot little girl, now I'm average and I'll already be UNBEARABLE 😎.
