For as long as I can remember, Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. I come from a huge family, and it was a joy to be with them on this day. In recent years, I've said goodbye to very important people and felt a bit like the Grinch of ideas, as if my Christmas spirit had died. This year I decided it would be different and it was time to create new traditions, for myself and also for those who are no longer here. I prepared Christmas dinner for the first time, celebrated with the people I love, and gave new meaning to a day that has always been so important to me. I decided to open my heart a little today to show what's behind the scenes, the vulnerability that few here know.
