It's curious that you say that without citing a single concrete fact. Generic negative reviews usually say more about the writer than about the person being reviewed. You can, however, recommend that they look at my other reviews; they are excellent, by the way. That's exactly why a vague critique, without facts or examples, sounds more like personal frustration than a real account of service.
