What is good for you may not be the same for me. Therefore, in order to discuss this, it is necessary to take into account who we are; where we come from and where we want to go. Does this make sense? For me, what is good could be enjoying a sunset with a flaky, listening to light music, having fun conversations, scented candles and "agua de princesa" (or brut sparkling wine). In this harmonious scenario, I can become a delightful chaos in great company. However, what is good for me may not coincide with your idea of what would be good for you. So, ask yourself: What is good for you? Are your actions bringing benefits? What makes you feel well-being and satisfied? I invite you to reflect on these questions. If you are satisfied with your current situation, know that it is possible to achieve much more. However, every good choice requires some sacrifice.
