One of the things I have learned is... Live life intensely... But live it knowing that the reality of the world is sad. We write our stories, and this will not depend on anyone but us. Help everyone, but help yourself first. First you, second you and third you. ALWAYS be kind! Unfortunately, in the current times we live in, people are sad and bitter. This is reflected in the attitudes that people have towards others. Be resilient... Learn to be alone... Because when you are in a group, you will have yourself and your friends. Be present in the processes of your life... Feel... Don't repress feelings... Love... Cry... Smile... The art of stoicism is knowing where we want to go... But always knowing that along the way, there will be situations that will be out of our control... And of course... It's all good. One of the phrases I carry with me is: "If there are problems that depend on me, I will solve them.... If there are problems that do not depend on me, they are solved."
