Very pretty girl. The chat started off very well...but I had the impression that she was tired and naturally, this impacted the service. I give this rating because of the expectations I had and did not meet, and because of the delay in the definitions and decisions (yes or no, is it possible or not, even with the details of the request...she seemed slow to resolve...which in a way consumes credits. Game on...
