Sharing intimate images without consent is classified as a crime, through the application of two laws that amended the Penal Code: the Rose Leonel Law (13,772/18), which deals with the unauthorized recording of “content with a nude scene or sexual act or libidinous activity of an intimate and private nature” as a crime.
