I found this lost photo in my gallery, from a while back at a Marketing event I attended. I remember my thoughts at that time, my longings, dreams, and how I saw myself in 2026, and I feel a mix of emotions. I feel like I imagined being different in some aspects, with some goals achieved; on the other hand, I feel proud of my personal evolution. You know, today, as an almost-psychologist, I understand that this mix of emotions is part of and always will be part of our lives, so even the most frustrating ones, I no longer try to "disguise, control," I ACCEPT them as they are and the experience of pain (especially since we have good studies that show us that the more we try to eliminate it, the stronger it becomes). Today I choose to CHANGE THE FOCUS OF ATTENTION and use this small "frustration" as fuel to rekindle some flames that were low, even if it hurts. I decided to share this reflection here because it's common for people to say: "control your thoughts, control your mind," THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE. As a future psychologist, I tell you: CHANGE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH HER, even if it's difficult, in the end, it's worth it. With love, your future psychologist! ❤️😘 #fetish
