Not out of arrogance, but for self-preservation. Making yourself ill to please is a bad idea—and I don't work at a loss. Therefore, if your intention is simply to take up space in a free chat, without posture, politeness, or reciprocity, please stay away. Kindness and honesty cost nothing, but they add a lot. My politeness is firm, but it has a limit. And my limit is simple: respect, profit, and common sense. The rest is waste.
