I want to leave a message of support and affection for all the men who, for whatever reason, have felt insecure about their own bodies; for those who have heard hurtful comments or felt less because of societal standards: you are not alone. A man's worth is not in the size of his body, nor in his measurements, nor in his appearance. What truly matters is his heart, his respect, his truthfulness, and how he treats others.
