I believe in my ability to bounce back and start over. I will not rely on difficulties, nor will I waste energy thinking about this or that. Above all, I will believe in the certainty that I can and deserve to be happy. If I have been used, I will use my intelligence, achievement, resilience and tolerance. I will use my experience and learning to start over. If I lack strength on the way up, I will look for a way down. If I lack faith, I will light a candle and pray again.
