The result after testing light, camera position, shadows, and makeup, the production, which can sometimes be close to performing magic, on days when I'm less willing, becomes a relaxing activity too. But that doesn't mean getting recognition or praise, but rather having activities beyond "I'll log in and they'll notice this." Sometimes not. I remember there were times when I was truly shocked by the positive repercussions on my creative and spontaneous ideas, which were much more accepted than the standard.
