Good evening, as you can see, I was in a regular chat because it was a special show, and I warned you that many people there couldn't hear audio, so there's a vote on whether to turn my audio on or not, meaning the majority wins. Regarding the private chat, you clearly had to wait because if I was already in a regular chat, it would be unfair to leave it to attend to you, considering there were 8 people in the same room. Obviously, if you want a private chat, you have to wait for the one already open to finish. Put yourself in the other customers' shoes for a moment.
