In these tense times we are living in, where anxiety and fear surround us all the time, we need to be extra careful with our mental health. And meditation can be of great help. Taking a few moments a day to pay attention to the here and now, quieting the mind and breathing are actions that are part of this practice. I love starting my mornings with this sacred practice...
