Article 218C of the penal code, introduced in 2018, establishes that offering, exchanging, transmitting, selling, distributing, publishing or disseminating, by any means - including via the internet - photographs, videos or other audiovisual recordings that contain pornography or nudity without the consent of the victim, as well as a scene or apology of 3stupr0 or 3stupr0 of vulnerable or sex scene, is a crime.
