She doesn't say anything, doesn't obey what's asked, we write and get no response, before, she says she'll open the audio and, when the time comes, the audio doesn't open. It's a waste of time and a nuisance to call her. Totally disobedient to the customer. It wasn't worth it. Bad heart, bad soul. She'll certainly come here and invent some excuse, but consider this a warning to anyone who wants service from her.
