It's pointless to be beautiful and deliver a pathetic presentation, getting distracted by other things (perhaps browsing other websites, judging by the light reflecting off her). She deliberately delayed responses until she stopped replying altogether. Leaving the show running smoothly to attend to other matters while the client is left high and dry is, to say the least, disrespectful.
