I was truly saddened by your review. Not by the grade itself, because I've always accepted criticism about my actions when I make mistakes or leave someone dissatisfied. What hurt me was realizing that you judged me for something that, for me, was never a requirement; I never set a price for gifts. The audio issue has always been a very personal insecurity. I'm extremely shy and I carry with me comments I've heard about my voice that have made me even more insecure.
