So, I politely entered and started the conversation. At first, one seemed polite. The other didn't interact, just danced. Soon, the one who was talking stepped out of the camera's range and interacted without showing herself. When I made a request, the room fell apart. So, from years of experience on the site, and knowing when service is good and bad, I can say they didn't want to help. Although it's their right, it's important to respect the customer.
