She was very friendly and pleasant until she hung up out of nowhere, and then explained that her mother called. He could say, "I'll be right back", he asks for permission. But hanging up out of the blue, to someone who is paying you, as if it wasn't a big deal, isn't cool. Here's a tip. I know he didn't mean anything wrong, but it's not a gesture that shows consideration for the person. Success to you.
