Unconditional love really exists in each of us. It is part of our deepest self. It is not an active emotion, but a way of being. It's not an "I love you" for this or that reason, it's not "I love you because you love me". It is love for no reason, it is love without a purpose. May we have it more and more ingrained in our lives, in our daily lives. Loving someone unconditionally does not mean giving them all their time. Sometimes loving means never meeting that person again. This is also love. This is giving the other the freedom to exist and to be happy, even without our presence.
