It's so satisfying for me to take a moment out of my day or week to indulge in a little pampering. This time, I went to the salon to get my hair cut and hydrated. I'm almost done with the transition, and every inch of curls that grow is a celebration. Soon, my hair will be huge and I'll be unbearably hot, like never before. Curly hair has a touch of wildness, freedom, it communicates something untamable, free, which is totally in line with who I truly am.
