LEGAL NOTICE – IMAGE RIGHTS, PRIVACY AND DIGITAL CONTENT Any and all content linked to my image, voice, or identity — including photos, videos, audios, transmissions, prints, or screen recordings — is protected by Brazilian laws on image rights, privacy, and human dignity. The disclosure, sharing, publication, storage, reproduction, commercialization, or any form of distribution without my prior, express, and written consent is expressly prohibited. The unauthorized disclosure of intimate content constitutes a crime, under the terms of Article 218-C of the Penal Code, included by Law No. 13.718/2018, with a penalty of 1 to 5 years imprisonment, increased if there is an intimate relationship or a relationship of trust. The improper use of my image or voice also generates civil liability, according to: • Article 5, items V and X, of the Federal Constitution • Articles 20 and 21 of the Civil Code Subjecting the offender to the payment of compensation for moral and material damages, regardless of criminal proceedings. Any attempt to obtain financial advantage, public exposure, defamation, blackmail, threats, or coercion may also constitute other crimes under the Penal Code, including crimes against honor and digital crimes. Ignorance of the law does not exempt one from responsibility. All misuse will be formally documented, reported to the platforms, communicated to the competent authorities, and taken to court, in both civil and criminal courts, without prior notice.
