The word Sissy means "fresh" and as an adjective there are numerous translations, such as effeminate and fearful or sissy and, as slang, "doll". Sissy is a pejorative way of calling a man effeminate or who doesn't have the courage to do something, not necessarily homosexual. A crossdresser can be female or male and can be heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual or even asexual. It is yet another form of healthy expression of human sexuality, which is very complex and does not fit perfectly into rigid definitions.
