The world is the result of everything we do on a daily basis. It is the result of our actions, but also of our thoughts and feelings. It is mainly the result of what we let take root within us, and which becomes part of our essence. Our soul is the sum of everything we decide to keep inside us. Therefore, choosing carefully which memories and recollections we carry will make us lighter and cleaner, and we will probably have plenty of reasons to smile. Only we can change what is in our soul.
